Healthy Mind Project by HHC

This project is designed to support underserved families by combining nutritional awareness, parenting guidance, and mental well-being. Many communities continue to overlook highly nutritious foods and herbs that grow around them simply because knowledge about their value has been lost. Our program will help families rediscover these natural resources, showing them how to use what Mother Nature has already provided for healthier living. The program is built for parents and children together. Parents shape a child’s daily meals, values, and environment, and we believe that strengthening their understanding is key to raising healthier, happier children. Without this knowledge, children may end up carrying the burden of parenting their parents or living in stressful, unhealthy environments. Through interactive sessions, families will learn practical approaches to healthy eating, positive parenting, and stress-free home life.
